Return & Exchange Policy:

We are happy to initiate Returns and provide full refund under the following circumstances:

  • If the product sent to you is damaged or defected
  • If the product sent to you is different than what you originally ordered

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any other reason, you can opt for our Exchange facility.

Rules for availing Return & Exchange Facility-:

1. You need to WhatsApp your Return/Exchange requirement on +91 9836775826 within 2 days (48 hrs) of product delivery. 

  • Please mention your Order Id, Name, & Reason for return/exchange. 
  • Share necessary images and video, if required

  • 2. Proper unpacking video of the parcel without any cuts/edits is mandatory for initiating Returns.

    Process of Return/Exchange-:

  • Our team will get in touch with you on whatsApp to check your Return/Exchange Request.
    • Once approved, pickup of the parcel from your address will be done in 2 working days.
    • Quality check will be done after the product(s) reaches our warehouse.
    • Full refund will be provided within 3 working days in cases of Returns.
    • Discount Coupon will be provided within 3 working days in cases of Exchanges.

    How to use the Discount Coupon?

    • The amount of Discount Coupon will be = Price of the exchange product - Rs100 (exchange charge per product)
    • You just simply need to apply the Discount Code on the checkout page during your next purchase to avail the discount.
    • Discount Coupon will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of Issuance.

    Please Note: Exchange charge of Rs100/product is taken for seamless delivery of the exchange parcel. This is a charge we need to pay to our courier partner and hence, it can not be avoided.

    You must ensure the following for availing Returns & Exchanges:-

    • Products must be in their original form, unsoiled and with tags intact (if any). Partially consumed or used products do not qualify for exchanges.
    • Pack the product firmly in its original packaging before you hand it over to our delivery partner. We can not process returns/exchanges in case the product gets tampered in transit due to bad packaging on the customer's end.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by customer:

    • Order cancellation can be done only until the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the parcel is In Transit, cancellation can not take place.
    • In case of Prepaid orders, if cancellation is done within due time, full refund will be processed to your bank account within 3 working days.

    Cancellation by Wevidh:

    • In rare circumstances, if any ordered product is Out of Stock, full refund (in case of prepaid orders) will be processed to your bank account within 3 working days.
